1. How do I place an order?

Simply browse our collections, choose your favourite items, select the size and quantity, and click “Add to Cart.”
Once ready, proceed to checkout and complete your order using our secure payment options.


2. How long does shipping take?

Processing takes 1–3 business days, and delivery times vary by region:

  • USA & Canada: 7–12 business days
  • UK & Europe: 8–14 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 10–15 business days
    You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

3. Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide 🌍
Please note that customs duties or import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.


4. What payment methods do you accept?

  • Apple Pay / Google Pay

5. How do I choose the right size?

Each product page includes a detailed size chart to help you find your perfect fit.
If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort — especially for bridal gowns.


6. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

Custom or made-to-order items may not be eligible for return.


7. Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly!
If you need to make a change, please contact us within 12 hours at support@silkvows.com.
Once shipped, we can’t modify or cancel the order.


8. Do you offer gift packaging?

Yes! We offer elegant gift packaging for bridal accessories and special items — perfect for gifting loved ones.
You can select the “Gift Wrap” option at checkout (if available).


9. Do you offer custom or made-to-order dresses?

Some of our bridal gowns are made-to-order to ensure the perfect fit and craftsmanship.
Production may take 3–4 weeks, and you’ll be notified of expected delivery times during checkout.
