At Silk Vows, we want your wedding shopping experience to be smooth, secure, and stress-free. Every order is carefully processed and shipped with love to ensure your items arrive beautifully and on time.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Please note: Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • United Kingdom
  • Europe
  • Australia
  • Worldwide (selected countries)

3. Shipping Times

  • USA & Canada: 7–12 business days
  • UK & Europe: 8–14 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 10–15 business days
  • Rest of World: 12–20 business days

These are estimated times; actual delivery may vary based on your location and customs clearance.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Free Shipping on all orders over $100
  • Orders under $100: Flat rate $10

Duties or taxes may apply for international deliveries and are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
You can track your package anytime through our website or the courier’s portal.

6. Pre-Orders & Custom Items

Some wedding dresses or accessories may be made-to-order.
Please allow additional time (up to 3–4 weeks) for production before shipping.
Estimated delivery dates will be shown at checkout.

7. Delays & Customs

Silk Vows is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Customs clearance
  • Postal strikes
  • Weather conditions
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
